Política de privacidad
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OLATIS ("OLATIS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit or make a purchase through our store, or otherwise interact with us. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By using our store, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This is a merchant-drafted policy intended to describe our current and reasonably anticipated practices; it is not a substitute for independent legal advice.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with our store:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- Order and transaction information, including products purchased, order history, and communications about your order.
- Payment-related information, handled by our payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
- Device and browser information, such as your IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
- Usage and analytics information, such as pages viewed, links clicked, and how you interact with our store.
- Support communications, including messages you send us via email or contact forms.
- Marketing preferences, such as whether you have subscribed to or unsubscribed from marketing emails.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our storefront and services;
- Process orders and payments;
- Arrange fulfillment and shipping of your order;
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and other prohibited or illegal activity;
- Analyze how our store is used so we can improve it;
- Send you marketing communications where you have opted in, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising;
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations.
3. Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Shopify collects and processes certain information about your access to and use of our store in order to help us operate, secure, and improve it, and acts as a service provider or data processor on our behalf where applicable. You can learn more about how Shopify uses personal data in Shopify's own Consumer Privacy Policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our store and to understand how it is used. These generally fall into a few categories:
- Essential cookies, which are necessary for core storefront functionality such as your shopping cart and checkout;
- Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use our store, including through Shopify's own built-in analytics;
- Advertising and measurement cookies/pixels, which may be used to measure the performance of our marketing and to show you relevant ads on other platforms; and
- Preference cookies, which remember choices you make while browsing.
In connection with our marketing, we currently use or expect to use tools such as Shopify Analytics, and may use additional analytics and advertising technologies — for example, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads — to measure and improve our advertising. Not every tool listed here is necessarily active at all times; we update our practices as our marketing evolves, and this policy is intended to describe both our current and reasonably anticipated use of such tools. Where required by applicable law, we will seek any necessary consent before activating non-essential cookies or pixels.
5. Email Marketing
We collect email addresses through our newsletter sign-up (including our footer sign-up form and any promotional pop-up), and through checkout or account creation where you have agreed to receive marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails, or by contacting us at the email address below. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to your order.
6. SMS Marketing
SMS (text message) marketing is not currently active on our store. If we introduce SMS marketing in the future, we will update this policy to describe how phone numbers are collected, how consent is obtained, and how you can opt out, before that program becomes active.
7. How We Disclose Information
We may share personal information with:
- Shopify and other service providers who help us operate our store (for example, payment processing, fulfillment, IT, customer support, and analytics);
- Marketing and advertising partners, to deliver and measure advertising, where permitted;
- Professional advisors and, where necessary, law enforcement or regulators, to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights; and
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on where you live, certain sharing of information for advertising purposes may be considered a "sale" or "share" under applicable law — see Section 10 below.
8. Children's Privacy
Our store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. To purchase from our store, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have appropriate parental or guardian involvement where permitted by law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. International Visitors and Your Rights
We welcome customers from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and other regions, subject to the markets and shipping destinations we actually make available at checkout. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy law, which may include the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete your personal information;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent; and
- Opt out of marketing communications and, where applicable, targeted advertising.
These rights are not absolute and may vary depending on the law that applies to you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12 below.
10. Do Not Sell / Share My Personal Information
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, or of processing for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Where Shopify's customer privacy tooling is enabled for our store, you may be able to exercise applicable choices through that tooling; otherwise, you can contact us directly using the details below.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
12. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise any of your rights, please contact us at contact@olatis.com.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
